The Concierge Care Fee is non-refundable and covers the time and expertise required to properly plan and manage your trip. This includes:
- A travel consultation
- Destination research and recommendations
- Custom itinerary design
- Quotes and trip proposals
- Booking and managing all parts of your trip as one complete itinerary
- Flight research and flight bookings (when applicable)
- Travel insurance quotes
- Managing your booking from deposit to departure
- Support during travel, including 24/7 assistance beyond what the tour operator provides
- Post-trip follow-up with suppliers, if needed
This fee is valid for 30 days and includes:
- Up to two trip proposals for one destination
- Up to two revisions
Additional destinations, changes, or revisions beyond this will require an additional planning fee.
What I Don’t Do
To keep your trip seamless and fully supported, there are a few services I do not offer:
- I do not book or manage only part of a trip
- I do not price match online deals or promotions
- I do not take over trips you have already booked
- I do not manage flights booked outside of Adventurous Escapes
- I do not offer one-off or à la carte planning services
All cancellation requests must be sent to Adventurous Escapes in writing via email.
As a result of cancellation or changes to confirmed bookings, Adventurous Escapes's and third-party Supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply.
